This is the second vehicle we have purchased at Ciocca Hyundai. We specifically asked for Phil Rotzell, whom we had dealt with regarding our first Hyundai purchase in 2019. Phil again was very pleasant, knowledgeable and not a high-pressure salesman. Another salesperson, Ajay, we met while Phil was busy during our most recent visit was also extremely helpful and facilitated a test drive with a vehicle from their inventory. While we were looking for a color we liked more, Phil sought out the one we liked most and had in delivered to their lot within 2 days. Overall, we are very satisfied with the entire purchase experience.
Just purchased a 2023 Hyundai Venue the other weekend from this dealership. Went in with the most negative attitude as I didn't want a new car, but my last one was totaled so I had no other choice. Dan Dasilva went above and beyond. He was super helpful and knowledgeable (not to mention patient) when helping me decide between the Venue and the Kona. He went out of his way to contact other dealerships then to get the exact car I wanted since they didn't have it on their lot. He kept me updated on when they were expecting the vehicle and any delays. He made my experience at this dealership an awesome one. The finance team was also helpful and friendly, and the process was a lot quicker than expected. I left there extremely glad I went to this dealership, and I didn't feel forced into buying a vehicle I didn't want like at other dealerships. Overall 10/10 experience. If you're looking for a Hyundai, this is the dealership to go to..and ask for Dan Dasilva!!
