In a world where it seems incompetence is at an all time high, it’s refreshing to find a business with fast, friendly and efficient staff. I’ve (unfortunately) had to use the Romano Subaru Collision Center and they made it so quick and easy. I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Since they were so efficient, I came back to them when it was time to purchase a new vehicle. Christian was friendly, listened to what I was looking for and got me test driving a vehicle before I knew it. I didn’t think I would be able to afford the car I really wanted, with all the creature comforts. He found me a very gently used model within my budget. My experience was awesome with Joe and the finance guy. It went really smoothly they didn’t try to upsell me when I told them I didn’t want extra warranties or using my phone for remote starting. I had done months of research and ended up buying a 2024 Impreza Sport with heated seats and extra features . I love my new car .
