2020 Jeep Compass Altitude 4X4

These guys are awesome! Excellent customer service. I had to make an appointment the other day for my 2016 ford escape they made it super easy from scheduling the appointment to picking my car up when it was finished, to elaborate a little it wasn’t just a normal service drop off I had an electrical issue with my wiring harness to my blinkers. They realized the issue wasn’t just a simple bulb replacement so they called me and offered to transport my vehicle to a certified ford shop where there techs are well trained to efficiently fix the issue with minimal labor efforts, as well as doing all the communication with them I was thinking this simple repair just turned into a thousand dollars and it would be weeks before I got my car back. Between both the shops and the transporting of my car it only took 3 days and just over 300 dollars I couldn’t believe it! Great job guys love the new shop and I’ll be back for all my service needs.

Skip Turgeon was also a big help, I got the truck I wanted and the trade amount was more than I expected. Nice to be back in a Mopar after all these years! I would have no qualms in recommended this dealership to friends or family.
