This was our first service experience after purchasing our vehicle here 6 months ago. We took our vehicle in for service and Devin was very professional and courteous. He thoroughly explained how the process worked and he truly enjoys working there. It shows in his attitude and behavior. It was refreshing to go somewhere and see this kind of enthusiasm in an employee. We pray his leadership there knows his worth to the business. This experience made us confident of our decision to purchase here. We look forward to our next service visit. Additionally, they have a very thorough diagnostic process that includes video of your car during servicing. What a great way to leverage technology and create transparency for the customer.

I have been coming to Jenkins Kia since 2017. Dave Bushnell has been my service advisor ever since. Chris the shop supervisor is the only technician I allow to work on my car because I trust him explicitly when he took on an electrical problem with my car no other technician could figure out. The way he spoke to me made me feel safe and that he meant every word he said and that allowed me to trust him. Dave is wonderful every time I see him. He always gets me in immediately. Dave is very professional and we share a lot of laughs during every visit. Outstanding customer service and professionalism every time. I might add, that Keith is such a precious soul. So courteous, professional, funny and ever so loving. I just love Keith ??
