Extremely happy with my used Grand Cherokee. The air conditioner did go out a few days after purchase and Swickard Honda fixed it right away (free of charge). Very happy with this dealership and I will go back for future purchases.

I purchased a 2018 Honda CR-V (private party sale) and had taken it for its first service to a different Honda dealer across town where the previous owner took it figuring it was easier to go to the place where it had the most history and I could fully transfer ownership over. The other dealer gave me a list of a whole bunch of services they said the car needed claiming they had been neglected, over $2K worth! The car has less than 50K miles so it was shocking. I declined and figured for the next oil change I would take it to Swickard since it used to be T&C and I used to take my previous CR-V there for years back in 2010. I went in letting them know an alignment had been recommended in addition to my regular oil change. I’m happy to report that Swickard Honda is just as good, if not better, than the service I used to get. Not only did they recommend I get it inspected before doing anything other than the oil, they later confirmed there were no signs the car needed an alignment, but they were able to pull the full history and saw that not only had an alignment been done not long ago, but all fluids had been maintained. On top of that they installed a small part I had ordered for the front dash power outlet for free! I was fully expecting to pay a labor cost. I love this place and I’m so happy they are close to my house, I’ll definitely be taking my car here from this point on since I really appreciate them not trying to sell me unnecessary maintenance and being honest. Thank you!
