A friend of mine & I were biking & we couldn't find an air machine that would fit a specialized bike air valve. We asked a guy in their repair/service dept. if he would help. Unfortunately their shop didn't have this special adapter made for bikes. But this man used every tool he had available to try & put in air in the tire. I was so impressed by his dedication; I could see that this is a man who simply never gives up; thinks out of the box; & is solution oriented. So I promised to post a positive review about him. I'm not in the market for a car - but if this employee is representative of the company I would certainly consider shopping for one here. *unfortunately I've forgotten his name since some time has lapsed since finally posting this review as promised; if the company replies/comments w/ his name; I will revise my review to include it!
