2019 Jeep Compass Latitude 4X4

I am beyond impressed with the effort and care that Kent Viscovi provided me. I have family who purchased a Jeep Wrangler last year and recommended to call Kent. Days prior, I was working with another Jeep dealership where the sales people went MIA and kept ghosting on scheduled calls to review pricing. Kent never played any games at all. He asked what I am looking for and I gave him the type of vehicle for my family of 4 that was needed, and he told me pricing for a few models. I came into the location a couple days later and he showed me a selection which blew me away. I did not want to show excitement, but inside I was very happy. We discussed final pricing and I felt like it was as close to my budget as possible. They also returned and grounded my other lease for me to make it smooth. That same day I had my new Jeep Grand Cherokee and my kids are obsessed with it. So am I. Kent, bless you and your service as well! The entire team there was fantastic and I also was promised a check to help with my final monthly payments on my lease, which arrived only a week after getting the new vehicle. All in all 5 stars.

Julia was knowledgeable, kind and caring. She walked me through everything and there were no surprises. Her professionalism both in showing me the car and the paperwork that followed did not go unnoticed, and was very much appreciated. I was looking for a new lease and went to many, many dealerships. I can say hands down this place was the most welcoming and down to earth. Everyone I dealt with was beyond pleasant. Never did I feel pressured or rushed like your typical car salesman. Jay helped me find exactly what I was looking for and listened. He was so patient, answered all my questions and we laughed the whole time! That is how a car buying experience should go. Jay even followed up with me after my purchase so you can tell they go above and beyond. This was my first hybrid car and he explained everything and I felt confident driving off the lot. I can’t recommend him enough! I am in LOVE with my new car!!!
