It’s worthy of note that I can go in any direction from where we are in Putnam County NY and find many Honda dealerships. We also made inquiries with all of those. In fact, in an effort to get a good deal on a Honda, we made inquiries at about 30 Honda dealerships from New Hampshire to Florida. Not one dealership even came close to Lia Honda of Albany! All of my communication with them was excellent. They were responsive and kind when I asked lots of questions and changed my mind more than once. Their professionalism more than exceeded my expectations. We never felt pushed. Rather we felt drawn to Lia Honda. Much of my communication with Antonia was written in emails. We never had to repeat anything. She got it right on the first try every time. When we began to finalize what we were looking for their transparency was fantastic. There was never a gotcha moment or a hidden fee revealed. They didn’t try to upsell me. When we began working with Erin to facilitate closing the deal, it was painless. She was so patient and expertly handled all of my questions. Their business manager Kalil was also great to work with. With so many Honda dealerships all around us we thought for sure we would find something close by. But it was worth it to drive two hours to Albany.
