2020 Jeep Compass Sun & Safety 4X4

Oil change done 6/20/24. Technician forgot engine oil cap and engine saturated in oil. Felt liner on Hood saturated. Car smells of oil (I thought it was from the technicians hands or shoes at first) Very neglectful and dangerous as my car at risk for a blown engine due to lack of oil. Will update review on how Salem Subaru handles situation. Update: service manager is great and will be giving me a loaner car so i don’t miss prior obligations I have out of state. Will clean engine and hopefully replace felt lining.
