transaction was seamless and the dealership was very nice! Branden was our salesperson and very nice and was knowledgeable and good to deal with. The truck however, has a very bad vibration at around 65 MPH and is totally unacceptable. I love the truck other than that. They tell me to wait for 1,000 miles to see if it goes away. That doesn’t seem right on a $85,000 vehicle. I have purchased many new vehicles and none have the steering wheel shake like this does. Thank you Dennis
First of all, we were able to schedule an appointment in a timely manner that worked great with mine and my husbands challenging work schedules which was amazing! Nathan did a wonderful job at getting the oil changed and tires rotated on our truck in good time without cutting corners. This is the first time we have paid extra to have a dealership take over our vehicles maintenance and I will say that it is worth every penny and we haven’t had the truck for very long. We have bought two vehicles from this dealership now and have had a great experience every time. We look forward to our next purchase!!
There was an advisor waiting for me when I pulled in. Info was gathered and keys handed over in a super quick and efficient exchange. I brought work to do while I waited and found the waiting area comfortable, warm, and inviting. The Free WiFi was a bonus! The best part, my truck was ready for me within 30 minutes. The advisor walked up to me to let me know, which felt personal and made me feel like part of the Kendall family. The car wash was down but I received a coupon for a free car wash at a later date. I'm so happy that I found Kendall Chevrolet and would never buy from another dealership again.
