We had a great experience with Schaefer Auto. Our 21 year old needed a reliable car. She lives near Schaefer Auto and found a few vehicles she liked online. Being her first time buying from a dealer, her dad wanted to be there. We live over two hours away and, so my husband and Caleb communicated via email. Caleb's replies were timely and thorough. Arriving for her test drive, Caleb could not have been nicer. Even though her dad was there, Caleb treated her as the customer. He didn't ask my husband the questions, he asked her. She ended up purchasing a vehicle, but two weeks later, an issue arose with the power steering. Schaefer Auto could not have known there would be an issue Iike that. Nonetheless, he was apologetic and helpful. He had her bring her car back in and it was repaired quickly. She was treated with respect and kindness. No pressure, no belittling, no attitude. This is the kind of experience you want your kid to have with a dealership.
