James was AMAZING! I walked in and told him about the negative equity I was pulling over and all the information and didn’t have a car picked out just told him to get me in something. I walked out with the car I would have picked for myself and he had nothing to go from. He got the deal pretty much done before I even saw the car! He was very helpful and informative throughout the whole process. It was a great experience and will definitely use him again when I need another car.
