I was in for an oil change and asked for my brakes to be checked. They said they were fine but 2 weeks later there was a terrible noise. I had to have the back brakes done. They always do a good job but it was not cheap. I wish I'd had a coupon for a bit of a discount on this one. It would be nice if those could show up when you come in to have a service done. They do a good job.
I am 60 years old, and I have never bought a car so easily. Everyone at Fredericktown Chevy was helpful, kind, and attentive to what I needed. I loved the fact that I was shown around the facility so that I knew where to bring my car when I need service and/or if I would ever need the body shop. I was blown away. Even though I can get my oil changed anywhere, I will definitely be going back to Fredericktown Chevy for all my needs. It was an amazing experience and I absolutely LOVE my new car. Thank you!!
Everything went smooth and they got the deal done for me. All the staff was helpful and accommodating. The only hitch was I had to make the 2 hour (one way) trip again to get my steps installed. Great dealership!
