I was in need of some custom modifications that the dealership did not do and they referred me to a solution. I appreciate everything that they did for me. The guys were absolutely fantastic. However, I feel they could have offered more perks. I am a well qualified buyer. Other dealerships are offer many more perks. Just to help out the consumer. We all know the interest rates are stupid and everyone’s prices are high. I just feel they could have helped me out more. They will be making upwards of at least 6 grand for my trade. I lost 1000$ on it because I over pay my payments. They could have humored me and gave me credit for that. There are dealerships offering 4000 over kbb at this time. That is all.
Mark and the service team at Huston has outperformed my expectations on multiple levels and occasions! This dealership is fair with pricing, accurate with estimates and turn around time is exceptional! Their new facility is clean and inviting. They have some great looking inventory on the lot as well!
