They were able to get me in quickly when my car wasn't running at all. The work was done quickly also, and the service tech was very friendly. My one reason for not giving 5 stars is I had a little difficulty with communication about how long the repair would take. But in the end they got it back to me sooner than quoted.
Came in for an oil change and tire rotation for my 2019 Grand Jeep Cherokee Overland and I didn’t even get a chance to finish my coffee and it was ready to go!! The gal at the desk checking me in is amazing! The whole staff truly is wonderful! Very pleased!
The service consultant was kind and answered all of the questions. The shuttle service was great and the driver’s were friendly and professional. The only thing that would have made it a better experience, is if there was a courtesy wash and vacuum. Overall I was satisfied with the service.
