Recently went through the purchase process. As most do, did research and visited multiple dealerships looking for the right car. The team here made me feel confident that I made the right choice in where I decided to invest my time and money. The sales Representative Mark was clear and thorough in explaining the process, patient with all of my questions. Jared, the finance officer, gave me options that made sense for me, not just attempting to ramp up the price. Overall, my experience was wonderful. Seamless purchase from start to finish. Dean was our salesperson and was phenomenal, he has a great personality and there were 0 “hiccups” in the process. We also had the pleasure of interacting with Jared in finance, again another seamless experience and we were out the door. Very happy with the purchase of my “New” Audi A6:-).
