2017 Jeep Compass Latitude 4X4

I purchased a used 2011 Toyota Prius from Alvin in December 2023. Alvin was exceptionally knowledgeable, transparent, and helpful throughout the entire process. Before deciding on this vehicle, I shopped at several used car dealerships in Las Vegas and they all advertised a low price online to attract buyers but then jacked up the final price with ridiculous fees that added up to thousands of dollars (eg: one advertised a car for $7,300 but then added a $700 mandatory "tuning up fee" for getting the vehicle to "working condition" plus another $900 of "typical processing fees"). Other than sales tax, Alvin only charged a very reasonable $300-$400 processing fee for doc, title, and smog. Highly recommended!

I came here to just look at a car without even looking at the reviews of the dealer because the car I wanted is kind of rare to find. I did a test drive and noticed a few small fixes I'd need to do as well as a few possible maintenance services that I would need to pay careful attention to in the future. But the car was so nice, EX with Navi trim, Yokohama tires with lots of tread left on them, brake pads with lots of life left in them, paint in good condition, interior in near perfect condition, engine bay with nothing suspicious looking, all OEM parts from a quick visual inspection, one owner history and no accidents, clean title, California car. There was already so much value in the car. I paid cash asking for any sort of discount. Can't guarantee you'll get the same service, but Alvin really helped me out. Mine was an as-is sale with no dealer warranty, but I knew what I was buying and understood the potential services that the car would need in the future. Fingers crossed that I don't get a CEL after I publish this ????. But I've had the car now for well over 200 miles and it's honestly been one of the best large purchase decisions I've made in recent years. Overall, extremely satisfied with buying here.
