2018 Jeep Compass Altitude 4X4

I wasn't familiar with small dealerships when I found Crown Motor online, but I liked one of their cars so I checked it out. They were responsive, friendly, down to earth, easy to deal with, honest, and made sure everything was checked out and thoroughly dotted their I's and crossed their T's. I got my Subaru, it has zero problems, it even has brand new tires. They made the whole process easy and no stress, including getting the paperwork done and plates a month later. I'm grateful and very happy. I hope I don't need another car any time soon, but if I do, I'll be back. Small dealers are great!

Buying a used car is never easy. Dealing with Crown Motor along with Bara Yousef, the buying process was easy and painless. Feel like I got an extremely clean, one owner vehicle at a very good price, and as a customer, couldn't be happier. Sale price included a 6 month powertrain / electrical warranty. Please note, this warranty is through a 3rd party as all used cars are sold "as is", but that is the nature of the business IMO when buying a used car. I first met Mr. Yousef on a Tuesday after a 2 hour one way drive to look at the car. I was able to take the vehicle to a local mechanic by the dealership and have it looked at that same day, and after driving it and looking at it in detail per the engine and undercarriage, decided to put money down to hold the car. Came in on the following Saturday morning to pick up the car, and again was met by Mr. Yousef, who handled everything paperwork wise himself, from start to finish.

I really recommend Crown Motors for used car shopping. I was planning to check out a few dealerships, but ended up buying my Prius at Crown Motors on the first visit. The car is in excellent shape with new tires and brake pads. The price is good. Bara Yousef did everything possible to make the experience efficient and enjoyable. And, Brian actually helped me return my rental car. Who would ever think used car shopping would be enjoyable? But, in this case it was! Whenever I may need another used car, I will be back.
