2019 Jeep Compass Altitude 4WD

Love the car. Love the staff. Everyone was great from the moment my wife and I entered the door. We were met by Nestor, and he facilitated EVERYTHING courteously and professionally until the moment we drove away in our new Jeep. The entire staff gets kudos. I actually enjoyed the experience, AND they beat the financing I had prearranged by almost a half point - so I saved money. I'll definately buy my next car (or truck) from Autoland.

So I brought in my car for a regular check up and I was told I needed a new engine because of a manufacturer defect. The process to replace my engine was very smooth. Customer service was great. I received the loaner car. I kept getting updates on the progress of the vehicle. My representative knolan Was very helpful and kept texting and reaching out to let me know the timeline and the progress of the engine swap. I was very satisfied with the entire process.
