Well I never experienced anything like that before the customer service was awesome. When I was approved the celebration was great it made my daughter and myself so excited. I just want to share a special word of thanks to Mr. Jerry, the shuttle driver. We had our van in for a repair today. My son is a "little" (ha) excited about his birthday coming up and he was telling Mr. Jerry all about it. Mr. Jerry was an excellent listener and went above and beyond his duty. Thank you so much, Mr. Jerry for showing such kindness and courtesy. I also want to thank Chance. When we got back to the dealership we still had some time to kill, so we walked out to the sales lot. I am considering a different type of vehicle from what I am used to. I learned a lot today by talking with him that I would not have known otherwise. He knew I was not in the market to buy today, but he still took the time to answer my questions and even let me test drive one. I will definitely be back when I am ready for another vehicle. I have been a customer here for nearly 10 years and throughout the years have been consistently treated very well. I think I have been to every area of their dealership, sales, finance, parts and service and even the body shop. This place is a quality operated place and Ken who was my service representative on my vehicle took every effort to complete my vehicle with care and excellence care. He kept me up to date with the progress of each phrase of repair for my vehicle. I will be back for regular maintenance for Ken to keep the mainteance on my vehicle. He is one of the best I dealt with at this company.
