I was greeted by Jamie, and she walked me through the purchase process seamlessly. She found the right vehicle for my family and we absolutely love it. I bought it back in April and I have never had such great service anywhere else. Between her understanding of my time restrictions and how I really needed something as soon as possible. She made it so I was able to drive home in it that day. I love my Explorer and plan on buying another when the time is right.
Kudos to the staff at Wally's Ford in Seneca Falls!!!!! I knew that my current vehicle had 200,000 miles, so I was looking on the internet. I want to see what was available. Lacie reached out to me and suggested I come in. When I arrived on Monday both Bill and Brad greeted me. It was nice to walk in and receive the attention. I sat down with Brad and showed him a list of what interested me. We discussed the vehicles and what would be comfortable for me. Brad brought the Nissan Sentra up front for me to take for a test drive. When we walked out the size of car really surprised me. I was thinking that it would have been much smaller and compact. I really enjoyed driving it. So Brad and I start working on the paperwork. I knew that receiving financing was going to be difficult and both Brad and Bill were very encouraging and supportive. It didn't look like would be able to get the Sentra, however, they had a couple of other ideas and stayed positive. It was late in the evening and they told me that would be in touch the on Tuesday. They were very diligent and were able to get me financing for the Sentra. I was able to go back in on Tuesday night to complete all of the paperwork drive away in my new to me car. This was very stressful time for me and they helped me relax and get through the anxiety. THANK YOU BRAD, BILL, AND LACIE!!!!!!
