2022 Jeep Compass Latitude 4X4

I had a very positive experience at Toyota of Colchester. First of all, let me begin by saying that I am a very average person. I work a blue collar job, and do not really expect anything from anyone. I am far from rich, but even though I did not put much money down, nor do I have a good credit score, I was able to purchase a car with very reasonable terms. I was not expecting anything at all, but the gentleman we dealt with (Michael Cyr) was extremely kind and helpful to us. At no point did I feel pressured or like I was inferior (which has been my experience at other places). Michael even went so far as to touch up our vehicle personally, taking care of some minor scratches that were on it. It was not necessary, but it made me feel like he actually cared about us. Overall, coming from somebody who does not generally enjoy buying vehicles and is very far from rich, we were treated very well and I have nothing negative to say. Anything we needed to do was clearly communicated to us, and we walked away very excited. We are looking forward to many years with our Toyota! Not that my opinion matters, but you guys are fantastic. Would highly recommend this place!

Just wanted to take a moment to say thank you for a positive car buying experience. The showroom was clean and welcoming, but most importantly (to me, anyway) was the treatment I received as a woman purchasing a vehicle. I was treated respectfully and that was a game changer for me. I stopped in as a support shopper with a friend. She was just doing some browsing since she will need to purchase very soon. We were helped by a gentleman named John Calash. He was very helpful and took his time with us even knowing it wasn’t going “to happen” that day. He also was very respectful of two women and didn’t speak down to us, as many sales people often do in these environments. She will definitely be making her final purchase from John!
