2019 Jeep Compass Latitude 4X4

It's been awhile since I've bought a car. I was nervous. They were very welcoming and personable. I didn't feel pressured to look at other cars. It helped knowing what I wanted too. People will think this funny but I've always thought Car sales people as wolves. They usually travel in packs and look like they are hunting. This wasn't the case. I felt like they weren't just a place to go to get cars but a business that understood that you are a hard working person trying to make their way through life like them. I guess what I'm saying is they didn't feel shady. In fact, a couple of days after buying the car, a part prevented my new car from starting. Someone came out and helped me bring it back and in no time, got it working. I know enough about cars to get by and the car I bought was in good shape. This sometimes happens and they totally understood that and again they were super kind. I recommend StarCity. They are a great place to buy a car.

I usually don't do reviews but I felt it deserving and necessary to write a review for Mo, Lenny and Star City Motors. First off this is our families 2nd vehicle purchase from them and I must say that I am former Military and Law Enforcement so my expectations for integrity, honesty, quality and service are quite high in that reguard. My family received all that and above from Mo and Lenny at Star City Motors LLC. I like the smaller dealership feel vs the huge dealership feel its overwhelming even driving thru where you get run down by a salesman /saleswoman always making me feel like prey amongest a bunch of sharks. Star City Motors isnt a high pressure overwhelming dealership but rather a warm welcoming enviroment. I just cant say enough positive things about Mo, Lenny and the staff other than we will continue to only buy from them in the future aswell and i would encourage you to give them a look in purchasing your next vehicle, you wont be disappointed. I’m the judgemental and skeptical type. But this has been my first good experience at a used car dealership. Didn’t buy anything but was very impressed with the sales guy.
