I went here to buy myself a new car, I bought a 2013 Mini Cooper S Convertible for $16,324, an incredible deal. The service I recieved from my salesman, Joe Puricelli, was unmatched, he was down to earth, willing to bend rules to get me the car I wanted quicker, and very personable, I walked in monday asking to test drive, and drove out friday with my new car. When the banks wouldnt finance me, Joe gave me suggestions on where to go, and even allowed me to go over their normal credit card spending limit to secure my purchase, along with waiving the fees. All out stellar service.
Timothy was great, gave us a discount for me being a first responder. That helped a lot, and was definitely appreciated! I will refinance because the interest rate was so high with their finance company and ended up with a better rate, but the Carmel Auto Gallery did great with their sales, they replaced the wipers, cleaned the vehicle nicely before we took ownership.
