2020 Jeep Compass Altitude 4X4

I have been a Copeland Toyota customer for well over 10 years now. I have always been treated respectfully by the service department. Recently, I experienced a horrifying event where squirrels had nested on one side of my engine. I was informed on a prior visit that the cabin air filter looked compromised by ‘critters’ and should be replaced, along with an AC refresh. I did both and kept an eye on my engine. About a week later, I found the nest - with life squirrels in it! ???? I called service immediately and spoke with Chris. He was going to be out the next day and said he would inform the service manager that I would be coming in the following day - a Saturday. I had to wait for the squirrels to all get out. I brought it in first thing Saturday morning and was met with compassion and kindness by the service staff. The techs examined my car, informed me of their findings, and I was on my way. I feel as if they went above and beyond for me that day and I left with peace of mind. I highly recommend Copeland Toyota for your Toyota servicing needs. I know not everyone will experience what I did; however, in a world of chaos, this service department goes to show there are places out there that will take care of its customers.

Due to a mediocre credit score I originally was turned down for getting the car I desired. About 24 hours later I was given a call and asked to come back in. After some negotiations they were able to find a solution for me and I was very pleased with the extra effort. I also want to commend the financial team. I can’t think of the lovely ladies name at the moment but she wasn’t a pushy financial person and I respected that. She was get much informative and didn’t just try to get me to add things I didn’t need to my package. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars was because I feel like what happened 24 hours later could’ve happened the day I walked in had the original sales person went the extra mile to ask questions for me. Other than that my experience was positive and I do recommend this place for your car search. I love my car ????

We purchased three cars here over the years. The people are very friendly and we've never had any issue at all. Vehicle selection is pretty decent although in recent years it seems to have gone down just a little bit. The service department is very good very quick and easy to pay. They have a lounge area that is very well stocked with drinks and cookies TV and plenty of comfortable seating. A very nice place to wait for your vehicle I mean really nice. Parking is pretty decent, we've never had a problem finding a parking space. The staff is very friendly and helpful and not invasive or pestering at all. We've been pretty happy with the deals that we've gotten on our last three vehicles.
