2020 Jeep Compass Latitude 4X4

All four of my family members have bought Toyotas from this dealership. We’ve been very happy with them. I went in the other day for an inspection sticker and oil change. They were running behind, but in this day and age, we have to expect that and plan for that. Patience is a virtue! Clearly, if people are looking at their screens that means that they’re busy and as soon as he was ready, he kindly called me over To assist. The shuttle was super convenient, warren was friendly and in good spirits. Ron helped me with explaining what was wrong with my car in a thorough and simple way since I have a hard time understanding car stuff. I appreciated his time and patience. Another great experience and good communication regarding when the car would be done.

Nicole in service was great to work with! She got my car check in with no issues after it being towed in. Handled the issue, was very effective with communication through the whole process and had it ready for me when i picked it up! Whole experience was great.
