2021 Jeep Compass Latitude 4WD

UPDATE on 4-1-24 - Excellent service visit. I had a better experience this time around. I knew where to go and the complementary service visit was schedule well in advanced. It took less than an hour and I was on my way. All personnel was professional and I can't complain. My previous review stands regarding other aspects (read finance) at the dealership stand. In fact while service was good, again no complaints, it reminded me about the experience with finance. Still a no go for the next vehicle. This review pertains to the service visit. It was quick and prompt but I would have liked just for them o tell me to drive directly to the gates of the service area rather than having to go inside to inquire about where to go. Once inside they were very professional and finish within the time estimated (1.5 hours). My experience with the finance department does not get 4 stars. And if I do not forget, my next car will not be purchased there.
