2017 Jeep Compass Latitude 4X4

Very professional and went over the top for me once I was in and not only did my service dept take care of us but the salesmen came and made the experience even better. I was a little upset at first due to I specifically made an appointment since I live 2 1/2 hours away and when I got there I was overlooked because another customer pulled up before me, but wasn’t in line before me, so I was left to wait even though I had an appointment. Plus my two kids and husband and I spent 4 almost 5 hours there when it was originally supposed to be a 2 hour thing. Other than that everything was fantastic and they made sure we were well taken care of.

I want to thank the manager of Medford Nissan for taking care of their customers from start to finish. I bought a car two years ago. There was a rip in the seat at that time they fabric glued it. I was not happy with it and then two years later, the glue came undone. I called in talk to the manager, explained my situation and, she worked with me and went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with my purchase with Medford Nissan The staff service parts sales manager is far one of the best dealerships that I’ve worked with. Thank you again Medford Nissan for making sure your customers will always return due to the exceptional service
