One word…AWESOME. Kyle and Stacey were incredibly friendly, professional and, most of all, helpful. Of all the car buying experiences I have had in my life, and there have been a lot, this was the easiest, most seamless experience ever. If your looking for the honest review: I never liked car shopping, you never know what you're gonna get with used car lots. Most people think they don't work with you on pricing, and that they only wanna make money. Me and my wife are both in sales, and we did not get the sales vibe from Kyle. He genuinely wanted to help us find something that we were looking for. We were dealing with a car loan from the bank, so it was not simple from the get-go. As busy as we are with 4 kids and running a business, Kyle stayed in constant contact with me answering any questions I had and also sending me a lot of options to choose from. I've dealt with HUNDREDS of used car lots in the past, redemption auto sales was hands down the best experience buying a used car I've ever had. Highly recommend. I got a Buick, basically brand new and looks nice inside and out. 2017 with 70k miles, 15k out the door. It was a steal! I've even got bells and whistles, built in warranty, and they did all my registration with the DMV. I didn't even have to go to the DMV! Use these guys first, they are better than whoever you're talking to now! Thanks.
