SAMUEL PELISSIER is a phenomenal salesman! He’s very helpful, knowledgeable and actually cares about his customers and their wants/needs etc.. for example the first Jetta he showed me didn’t have any special options in it and I wasn’t a fan of the color, so he said “hang on let me see what I can do,” short time goes by he brings over this beautiful black Jetta that has heated seats/mirror, sun roof, leather interior, remote start ! And for just a little more money on the sales price it still fit in my budget and credit he was able to get me into this 2024 Jetta SE no problem! He’s still very helpful after the sale to this very day! I’ve had many salesmen over the years at Ken Ganley Bedford (and even before the name change when it was just Ganley Bedford) they’ve been all pretty good but Sam surpasses all of them ! Great salesman and even better human being !!! Thanks again Sam! And there’s no doubt when it comes time I’ll be back to KGBVB for my next Ride !!!
