We had a really great experience here. We went to several dealerships in town and in Salem this week before choosing them, and I’m glad that we did! - Jesse was friendly and helpful for the sale. We didn’t feel threatened, pressured, or unsafe. We also felt welcome to ask questions and we got real answers. - Lots of sales people seem nice enough when you buy the truck, but change their minds once it’s off the lot and there is a problem. JL remained professional, prompt, and helpful even through working out a problem. That says a lot more about them and their integrity than if everything was 100% perfect. - They gave us a reasonable trade-in credit that fit our needs. - The financing process with Jesse was shorter and had much better rates compared to CarMax’s “easy” way to buy (that somehow still requires hours at their dealership). - Last year when a problem came up on our new CarMax car, it took weeks for the mechanic to approve the repairs and pay out. When a problem came up in our new truck, they helped get the work done as quickly as possible. They kept their word and went completely above and beyond what we’ve experienced for car sales. - They actually know exactly what’s going on if you call them. It’s a small business with all hands on deck, and they clearly communicate with each other which makes it easy. They’ve always answered the phone immediately during business hours. CarMax will seriously take days to call (if at all) and they will have no clue what they promised or who you are.
