Great experience, I was looking for a replacement part on my vehicle that was looking like it was going to take 2 weeks at the minimum everywhere else i looked, but i decided to call local & they got it to me OVERNIGHT! (**Price for the part was 200$ less then I was expecting to pay/quoted at other places**) I called around 3 PM and I was still able to show up at 9 AM the next day to grab the part. Insanely nice staff that seem to enjoy the job they do, with a relaxed but professional environment. Will absolutely be coming back for any of my other needs.

I want to start by saying that this place is very busy. Initially, I wasn’t able to walk in to get same day service. I ended up having to schedule an appointment that was 3 days out. So keep that in mind. When I arrived for my appointment, I was greeted with a warm welcome. I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation. After check in, I sat in the waiting area that has large comfy chairs/sofas, free beverages, and free WiFi. If you don’t want to sit at the service center, you also have the option to use their shuttle service which will take you anywhere in the Manhattan area FOR FREE?? Service was great. I was in and out within an hour and a half. The receptionist was very knowledgeable and kept me informed about the status of my vehicle. He informed me of additional services my car may need with no pressure. He even helped me remove a nail from my car. If you plan to get car services done here, I highly recommend for you to check out the specials/coupons on their website. They have a variety of specials/coupons for most services. Also, if your car has under-hood covers with clips, be sure to check it before and after service to ensure they put the clips back on the cover. Overall, I had a great experience and truly appreciate the top tier customer service they provided!

We highly recommend Little Apple Cars to all our Manhattan area friends! If they don’t have what you’re looking for, they will get it for you! I visited a couple of times to ask questions and check out their inventory. When we were ready to get a CR-V, we gave Kieth the specifications we wanted, and within 2 days they found exactly that. All the staff were kind and helpful throughout the process. We decided to lease it with the intent to buy after 3 years. We’ve done this with Honda before, and it worked out great. Our Odyssey is going strong at 14 years old and 255,000 miles. The Civic runs like new at 160,000 miles and 12 years old. Both have lots of life ahead, but we needed a 3rd car. We’re excited about the new CR-V, and expect it will be similarly reliable.
