Our Salesman was Tom. He was very Professional and Knowledgeable. No Pressure no Haggle. Very honest. We couldn’t have asked for a better Sales Pro! Smooth paperwork flow. GM and finance Gentleman were Tops. We will definitely do business with Tate Glen Burnie in the future. Service Department could be better, more thorough when diagnosing vehicles. Nonetheless, OK.

Have had a horrendous time finding a car for my wife. Had an order at another dealer for 4 months we waited and they ordered the WRONG CAR and was told it was our problem. So I began my search and found some places that were down right horrible to deal with! Then came Spencer and his managers Slate and James! They took my info, I explained exactly what I was looking for and Spencer said don't worry we got you! And he surely did not disappoint. I was fully expecting something to change or go wrong but not here! Spencer even went out of his way to make sure that the Jeep even had the step rails installed already when we took delivery. I cannot Thank them enough for their patience with me, as I am quite hard to deal with sometimes, and helping my wife get the exact Jeep we have been waiting for! Wish I would have went here first!!!!!
