2019 Jeep Compass Latitude 4X4

I can’t say enough kind words for the service people at GMC in Mt Vernon especially Josh. Our 2018 Cadillac was experiencing an emergency issue that required us to leave our vehicle. Next day we took our truck in for routine oil change and found that we had to leave truck for repair as well. Basically we were stranded and I was scheduled for surgery the next morning. It was a mess!! Josh was so kind at GMC and made sure we had a loaner car to get back home. (We lived approx 30 plus miles from dealership). Long story short …. Both vehicles were fixed to perfection and we were able to return loaner and get back to normal so to speak! Thank you GMC Mt Vernon for your superior service and for your kind help and understanding during our difficult times!!!!

Went in for a front end alignment and oil change. They took it in pretty quick and then notified me the pad started the oil change, but not the front end alignment as the tires had started to wear. They said it was a waste of my money that the tires would continue to wear Wait until I have to replace the tires then get a front end alignment they saved me over $100

I would recommend Bob and the whole staff at GMC of MV to anyone. Honest, friendly, helpful, well informed, great experience. Thanks for making car buying stress free. I'm a customer for life.
