The process was very seamless. Had the vehicle I viewed on Carmax. They were very flexible working around my schedule to come and view! Although vehicle was a showroom vehicle and I could not test drive, I was given another Tundra just like it to test drive! Buying experience was great, they were flexible and explained thing clearly.
