I just leased a 2022 RAM 1500 Laramie from Rutland RAM and I must say that it was the best car buying experience of my life. Starting with the can-do and customer focused approach of the GM, Miles Klepper, who worked with me remotely via text messages through the shopping process and helped find the truck I was looking for at a fair price with no hassles. Then the rest of his team was top notch in making the paperwork (Michelle DeLorme) and delivery process (Phil Maxwell) smooth. The only visit to the dealership showroom was for taking delivery of the truck that had all the aftermarket extras I required (spray on bed liner and running boards) already taken care of ready for me to drive away. The whole team was present for this, including the service manager Adam Kimball, who made sure that we could get the winter tires put on in very short order. Thanks to the whole team at Rutland RAM.
