I drove over 5 hours to get the exact vehicle I wanted at the price point I wanted. Mike and Jason were extremely easy to work with on getting a deal done on a 2024 Grand Cherokee 4xe. It's getting harder and harder to find honest dealers like Solomon; I will definitely recommend them to friends/families and will shop them the next time I am in the market for a new vehicle.

This will be my second vehicle being purchased from Solomon. This had to be one of the most pleasurable buying experiences I have had with a car dealer! Let me start by saying that I was between 5 dealerships (including Solomon's) on this deal. I met Alex Becka and began going over what I was looking to do. Alex took time to understand my needs and answer all of my questions. I had never ordered a new vehicle before, so this was all new to me. Every question I asked, he either answered or told me he would find the answer and let me know. He did. Alex made sure to follow up with me and kept me in the loop as rebates/incentives changed. I can't say enough about Alex and what a great job he did. He definitely EARNED my business. Trish in the financing department also took very great care of me. I had called multiple times with questions to make sure I had everything ready to go so there weren't any issues at the dealership. She took her time and made sure all of my questions were answered. At the dealership, she was just as thorough. Great job, Trish! Finally, I want to include the General Manager in this review, Brian Solomon. Brian was really busy when I was there but he still took the time to allow me to tell him about the awesome experience I had with his dealership. He invited me into his office and spent some time asking me about my experience and what set his dealership apart from the others. He made me feel valued, which is hard to come by in today's sales world. Thank you, all, for working so hard with me!
