2018 Jeep Compass Latitude 4WD

I will say, I enjoy doing business at Five Star Subaru. So, to pull me away from them and make a new car purchase at Zappone is a big deal! Chris went above and beyond. I appreciated the communication, even when Zappone was closed on Sunday. Everyone was very helpful and my experience was positive, quick and effortless. Dillion in finance was easy to communicate with and very knowledge on what he does! I hope to see my positive experience continue with my 2025 Forester. It was worth the 1hr10min drive one way from home!

6/4/24 This is the first time anyone in my family purchased a Subaru NOT from Five Star. And between all of us we’ve purchased 10 vehicles there starting with a Subaru BRAT in the early 80s. So I felt guilty, like I was cheating on a girlfriend. I made the appointment online to test drive a discounted 2024 Outback Wilderness. The salesman, Chris Horn was very pleasant and NEVER pushy. He put plates on the vehicle that I was originally interested in and let me be by myself so I would feel no pressure. When I returned from my test drive I saw they had one other Outback Wilderness that was optioned the way I wanted but without the discounts. Chris asked if i would be interested in this one if he could get the same discount of $2700. Ended up getting the Wilderness I wanted for the price I was happy with. My father was with me for moral support and during the paperwork process Chris and my father learned they both had a common interest in boxing. Chris gave my father 2 tickets to the Boxing Hall of Fame Induction weekend that he was no longer able to attend. Chris Horn is a super friendly person to deal with, and I could honestly say he made this the most pleasurable experience purchasing a car, I probably ever had. Now I no longer feel that guilty cheating on Five Star. 2.9% interest for 60 or 72 months is hard to come by these days. Plus if u sign up online to do a test drive on ANY new Outback you get a $50 gift card. Anyone looking for a new Subaru I would recommend going to Zappone Subaru in Norwich and seeing Chris Horn. If I had to look for a complaint it would be I wish they were closer to where I live. Oh and I forgot to tell them not to put their sticker decal on the paint on the trunk. Which it didn’t have when I was purchasing but it was put on while they were preparing the vehicle. At least it doesn’t look horrible and matches the other black decals. But I will be removing it soon. That’s it for complaints.

Was not happy initially with the low ball offer on my Honda trade in but they made it right and surpassed offer from a competitor. They fulfilled all requests after in a timely manner and provided a wonderfull car. Would do business with them again.
