The Serra team was great to work with while I shopped for a new (used ) car, James with Volvo more specifically. I came in thinking I wanted one thing and ended up finding something I never knew existed. I am more than pleased with my experience and my VW purchase!

I usually dread the car buying process, but Tyler made it a great experience. I think he was as excited as I was to get a new Golf R. He kept me in the loop from my car's manufacturing to its US arrival to its delivery to Serra. No haggling over car price and the trade-in price was fair. The buying process went smoothly. He went through all the electronics/car operations and there was no tough sell to buy additional services. Highly recommend that you seek out Tyler for your next car purchase.

Exceptional service! I did not purchase my VW from this dealership but was treated like I was a longtime car buyer from this location. This was the second time I have taken my Atlas in for service at Serra VW. John was friendly, helpful with any questions I had and communicative about the maintenance completed (just like my first time at the service shop). John was even able to coordinate an off-site windshield replacement same day as the routine vehicle maintenance. I will be back for future vehicle work and will recommend John’s service department to anyone looking for VW vehicle maintenance.
