Thank you so much to the team of employees who helped me get my ID.4! Terrelle was very patient with me and answered all my questions. I didn’t feel pressured or taken advantage of and I felt very safe doing a test drive with him, whereas I was not comfortable and felt pressured at other dealers (ahem, local ford). This dealer is very dog friendly and has a comfortable waiting room with snacks, child play area, and clean bathroom. Thanks to Landon for making the paperwork and financing process easy. I had a problem with the EV Rebate program and management looked into it for me which I really really appreciate. I’m so excited about my new car and would highly recommend this dealership and sales team who goes the extra mile (even the front desk person was kind). The leasing of the ID.4 we got went absolutely smooth. Always expecting a 'gotcha' or an 'added fee' but it never came The cost was exactly what was promised to me and the whole support crew was top-notch. Our Salesperson Anthony, is off-the-charts good. He was so easy and fun to work with I actually wanted to by the car from here just to work with Anthony. Honest, Sincere, and always got the answers we needed f2f, email or text. Also he was very knowledgeable about the car we purchased which is not always the case. He knew all the ins and outs of this ID.4 electric car and being new to the whole EV thing this made it so much better. Will be back again.
