This is also a Jeep dealership. Both the Service Manager (Cory) and the Parts Manager (Joe) could not have been kinder or more attentive. They have the information they need to get my part ASAP and Joe is on the hunt. He did remind me that there is a strike on in Detroit but we are charging ahead, hoping for the best. Joe and Cory didn't have to be so kind but I appreciate all their efforts!
Tim in service took great care of my mom. They are busy and somebody got sick I guess, so it took a bit to get our vehicle back but they are very professional and courteous over the phone. Hope we don't need more service done anytime soon but will return when we do!
