2019 Jeep Compass Latitude 4X4

Bought a pre-owned 2020 VW Jetta from Michael. We live nearly 4 hours away in West Michigan. Dealing with Mike on the phone first, I could tell right away that I was going to have a great experience. The wife and I made the drive to initially test drive and talk about purchasing, if the car was exactly the way Mike described it. When we arrived, Mike had the car upfront, washed, plate on the back for the test drive as he said he would do. The car was exactly as described, honestly it was better. Went on a test drive, and got to know Mike a little bit and the overall mission of the dealership. After the test drive we went ahead with the purchase. Mike walked us through the whole car buying experience from start to finish. The dealership manager came out and congratulated us a couple times as did other employees. Financing was easy and quick, well explained. No pressure was felt from anyone. No quirky and corny salesman gimmick word scripts were ever used. Just good people being themselves and that was appreciated. If you want an Absolutely Great car buying experience, ask for Mike when you call or stop in. You will not be disappointed! Give Mike 5 minutes of your time, you'll see why my wife and I bought from Mike and the Spitzer Volkswagen Team.

I recently purchased my Volkswagen Atlas from here and had Mike as my sales person. He was wonderful and very knowledgeable about the vehicles I looked at. The vehicle I was really interested in was at one of their other locations, so he was able to talk with the manager to have it brought in for me to look at. I came back the next day and he even came in on his day off to help me again. Thank you again Mike! I love my new car ????
