Got my first oil change for my new F150 here. Full synthetic. My advisor, Brad, was super helpful and friendly. Gave me some other things to watch out for as well on my truck. The dealership is within walking distance to shopping, restaurants and coffee so even though they have a comfortable waiting area, all those places are within a short walk of the dealership.
Autonation is a complete breath of fresh air after dealing with the usual slimy used car salesman. Their OnePrice process is extremely transparent and upfront, they don't haggle and negotiate, which may seem different if you're used to the traditional model. But you can do your own research online and I've found them to generally have good to excellent prices. They provide a free CARFAX online, and much more detail on inspection and more when you go in. For me, it was a great deal and an excellent extremely stress free buying express on my Accord and I was driving out in under an hour. Shoutout to Quinn who picked me up, helped me out, and was a great resource. Would highly recommend.

Although I could have better informed myself regarding the warranty options, I was generally satisfied with my purchase. The truck itself meets all my criteria, and I must commend the customer service department for their exceptional performance. During my visit for license plates and heated seat installation, their relatability, clear communication, and professionalism were evident. Moreover, their premises exude a welcoming ambiance, characterized by cleanliness and meticulous attention to detail, from the complimentary coffee to the spotless condition of my truck upon return. In sum, I am thoroughly pleased with my experience and would not hesitate to conduct future transactions with them.
