I hit a deer in the middle of a road trip, and found this dealership nearby. I recently bought a new Kia Sportage Hybrid. Although the service department was closed on Saturdays, Jesse from the office, was incredibly helpful. The deer took out the whole front corner of my car. I was concerned about the gaping hole and driving all the way back to Colorado like that. So Jesse got to work and diligently taped the hole closed and hoisted the front bumper up onto the car for safe transport. He covered up the hole to protect my engine from moisture and bugs. I made it home and my car is now being repaired at a local shop. Impeccable job, by the way, the car looked exactly the same after driving hundreds of miles like that!! I had to take a moment and honor the incredibly helpful and professional staff for helping me. I did not buy my Kia at this dealership, nor did they perform any work for me.... yet, they treated me like a valuable customer. I am thoroughly impressed and grateful for Jesse's assistance in a high stress and traumatic situation. Thank you so much!! By the way, if anyone is considering purchasing a Kia, these cars handle like a DREAM. I slammed on my brakes and swerved to avoid the deer, although it still clipped the corner of my vehicle, it could've been MUCH worse. It never spun out or lost traction, I had full control (some vehicles get squirrely when you make quick maneuvers like this), the reaction time of the car was so impressive. If I was in another vehicle, who knows how bad it could've been. Thankful to Kia for making such a quality and affordable vehicle!!
