This place deserves a stellar review of 10000 stars! When I first test drove a Mazda at a dealership close to my house, I thought it might be the one. But my online browsing led me to this dealership where I found a higher trim and lower priced option that was ideal for me. However, my trade-in situation was complicated, and it took three weeks to get everything sorted out as I had a cosigner on my trade and no way to contact them. But, Bruce, the person I dealt with, kept his word and didn't sell the vehicle while we sorted out the issue. His honesty and professionalism were truly commendable and I'm really glad I chose this dealership. It was an amazing experience and I highly recommend it! The staff went above and beyond! The entire process was smooth. I felt Brue was very took the time to answer all my questions to make sure I felt confident in my decision. I never felt any pressure, and even with the complications I faced it was THE BEST car buying experience I ever had. It was worth the 3-hour drive, and if I am ever in the market for a new vehicle, I will be making the drive down to Bob Penkhus! Thank you!!!

Now a proud owner of my dream car, the Mazda Miata MX5 and what a dream she is! I can’t thank the guys at Bob Penkhus Mazda at Powers enough for the time, energy and effort that went into helping me choose just the right car. Sage is an absolute ROCKSTAR in this industry! He spent so much time with me going over all the details about each car I looked at and made sure I had all of the information I asked for and never made me feel like I was asking too much. He always brought in help when he needed, to make sure I had a full understanding of the numbers and how it would all work out on the bottom line. From phone calls to text messages and visits to the dealership, I was very well taken care of. This is the second car I purchased here, in as many months and the GM, AJ always made it a point to make sure everything was going smoothly, both times. Once I was ready for financing to take over, Mike made sure I got the best rate and had all I needed to ensure my car was fully protected. To say I am impressed by this dealership is an understatement. I never felt pressured throughout the entire process, despite the amount of time it took to finally close the deal. We were really pleased with the Bob Penkhus Mazda dealership located just south of Woodmen Road. Which means we were pleased with everyone who we dealt with in obtaining our new CX-5. It started first with LeRoy B. who greeted us and gave us great info. Then for the great majority we dealt with Nick S. who was very knowledgeable on the Mazda vehicles. We looked at a 2024 Mazda CX-5, which were not on the lot yet. So we put some money down to get what we wanted. Nick kept me in the loop on when it was in the country, and then at the dealership. We were excited to see it and get the numbers started. We met with Nick who got the necessary documents started. What sealed the deal was the 0.9% financing! We got a great price for our trade-in too! The manager, Troy was upfront on everything and trustworthy. No pressures, just there for us. We finished with Mike in finances as he explained everything, and helped us decide a few things on the care packages for the vehicle. These 4 individuals became a great team to seal the vehicle. Once all the paperwork was done, Nick explained every single item on the car, and answered all our questions. Even walking us through the Mazda App. The CX-5 will be fun to drive and the safety features are numerous and the most we ever had before. I look forward to the car being serviced here. In summary, this was the most pleasant experience we had at a dealership, ever. 5 Stars!
