Very pleased with our whole experience at this dealership. Jonathan W. was amazing and helped us find our perfect vehicle! I was told by another dealership that what I wanted was not available anywhere. When I called Mid Rivers Kia, Jonathan was very professional and found exactly what I was looking for in a few minutes. I would like to give 5 stars based solely on my experience with Megan Johnson. She recently assisted my husband and I with the purchase of a 2024 Carnival. We had been shopping around for a vehicle for a few months, and kept encountering eerily similar pushy salesmen at every dealership and this instantly makes us uncomfortable and turns us off to the purchase altogether. Megan is a breath of fresh air in what is CLEARLY a vastly male dominated field. She brings an entirely different vibe to the car buying experience! With Megan we never felt pressured, and her knowledge and professionalism made us feel confident we were getting the right vehicle for our family. Thank you again Megan!

Cam was our salesman, and I can honestly say he is the most comforting, understanding, happy and upbeat sales person I have ever had to deal with in my entire life. My husband and I got our first car together with him and he answered every question I had, he was very personable and he was a very real person. I genuinely felt like I bought my car from a friend, not a dealership. We also had the pleasure of working with Garret for a brief period of time. Every employee here I heard/interacted with was beyond pleasant. Will definitely be returning here.
