2022 Jeep Compass Latitude 4X4

Considering I was not looking for a vehicle when I started my day on Saturday 4/13/24 and started with the worst dealership in Columbia, driving the hour and half was the best decision and I left with my dream vehicle. I could not have asked for a better experience with Josh and Brad and the rest of the team at Hoovers in Moncks Corner. I would definitely refer and buy from them again! Great dealership! Went above and beyond to help me get the truck I wanted. Kimmie was wonderful in sales. Helped me a lot. Very personable. Put me at ease, which admitted isn't easy to do. Not pushy and very attentive . Sales Manager Stanley fought hard to get me the best deal. He was amazing and I very much appreciated his efforts. Brad in Finance was great as well. Made sure I was covered and understood the numbers and getting me the best warranty coverage. I'm a repeat customer. Mine was a difficult deal to make and I give credit where credit is due. Amber, my salesperson was very friendly and knowledgeable on the vehicle. She communicated with me clearly and was transparent about the car I purchased. Brad the sales manager was personable, honest and easy to work with. He went out of his way to help me understand the market, work with my budget, and simplify the typically frustrating finance process. After making a deal, Sean helped me finalize everything, and was sure to explain/simplify all the closing documents, making sure we were on the same page throughout.
