2024 Jeep Compass

I had an amazing experience yesterday purchasing a vehicle from Sean with the help of Omar and I believe his name was Jay. I very reluctantly traded in a vehicle that had huge sentimental value. This resulted in a lot of unexpected tears. The team was patient, kind and empathetic of my situation. I absolutely fell in love with the Grand Cherokee Altitude and they worked through various options to help align with my budget. I am extremely grateful for this team and for the recommendation from Dottie. I will be using them again in the future! An absolute blessing every time I reach out to Bobby Castrucci and his team! Long story short, my daughter totaled her Jeep (bent frame, she’s ok) and we were in a bad way with needing another vehicle. Bobby, Caleb and whomever else that I passed and talked to were more than willing to help my family in any way to get my 19 yr old daughter a car she would not just HAVE to drive going forward, but would WANT to drive. They hit it out if the park again and I really do appreciate everything that they did to make this happen in a short amount of time. Thanks guys!!!

I’ve been taking my Jeep Cherokee here for service for many years now. Sammy, who works in the service department, has always been wonderful to work with. There has been a few times where she’s gone above and beyond to make sure I’m well taken care of. If I owned dealership, she’d be the exact person I’d want managing and running my service department.
