2024 Jeep Compass Latitude 4X4

Scheduled for regular service and added on additional services including spark plugs and timing belt change. The service video was great and I ended up adding more services that were recommended for my 2015 odyssey van. Travis and all the service providers were great. Very satisfied with the quality of service and customer experience and care.

Had I posted a review as I was purchasing or right after, it wouldn’t be 5 stars. Who you work with is EVERYTHING. Thank you Kaylee(sales manager) and Logan(new salesperson) for turning my experience around after someone else dropped the ball. This someone is no longer with the dealership, btw. You don’t need to lie to sell cars. Kaylee and Logan understand that! Also, I LOVE my Honda Pilot. Thank you all for being so cool.

This was a delightful experience. Chris Williams made my visit more than pleasant. He was not only friendly but was genuinely concerned about my needs. Honda, and the people, never disappoint.
