We had a great experience! The team was wonderful at Ourisman! Tina followed up on us personally knowing we had been on the Key Bridge traveling home from the dealership just a short time prior to the collapse. Very thoughtful! Tiffany worked diligently and late trying to get us the best rate possible.

We were searching different car dealers, and weren’t 100% sure that we would purchase a car from Ourisman of Clarksville, as it was a bit of a drive for us. Austin did a great job at grabbing our attention, and focusing on our needs/taste for vehicle. He was polite, and very professional throughout the whole transaction. The entire process was very smooth, even with the finance manager(can’t recall his name, sorry). If we ever are in need of another vehicle, this place is definitely the place we will go to.

We found the car that we were looking for online and the salesman Tim was kind enough to wait for us to arrive from out of state until 7pm, well after his work day had ended, in order to complete the sale and give us the most attentive service. the buying process was simple and streamlined. Financials were prepared and ready to sign. Easily the best car buying experience we've had.
